Step 2
During the process audit together with you or relevant employees of your company we will map the process to understand its key objectives and uncover the problematic areas. We will use it as a base to create improvement plan called "future state map".
Step 3
We will present the detail "future state map" consisting of improvements together with workload assessment and implementation plan. Here, we will discuss the value that the solution provides for your company and the effort that is needed to make it a reality.
Step 4
We will develop the proposed solution, run its testing and implementation. Together with it, you will receive detailed documentation on what has been done so even in the future nothing is lost.
Step 5
We will arrange a training for your employees so they are ready to operate in the new process but also maintain it. In case of complex solutions, we can agree on further support and maintenance.
